Hassan is an experienced R&D Projects Manager at B-hive Innovations, with a background in crop physiology and molecular biology. Holding a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Nottingham, Hassan has led numerous R&D projects that focus on improving agricultural sustainability and efficiency.

Before joining B-hive, Hassan worked as a Consultant at ADAS, where he managed postharvest research, including storage solutions for fresh produce. As an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, he contributed to developing practical solutions for growers, integrating cutting-edge research into real-world agricultural practices.

At B-hive, Hassan oversees multiple R&D and commercial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and industry experts. He is responsible for guiding project direction, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering collaboration across disciplines. His work focuses on developing new technologies that enhance supply chains, reduce food waste, and improve crop quality.
